When you’re having a Southern California wedding, but live in New York City, it only makes sense to do your engagement photos in NYC, right?? 🙂 Well, I think it definitely makes sense and this was one of the best engagements sessions of 2015! Jennie & Travis flew me out to their beloved city back in September and we spent the weekend walking around (what seemed like) the entire Manhattan area to get so many lovely photos of the two of them!! It was a weekend I’ll never forget… the food, Wicked on Broadway, listening to Ed Sheeran and Coldplay in Central Park, the FOOD, exploring Brooklyn… it was all just perfect. THANK YOU to Jennie & Travis for an amazing weekend!!

I had SO much fun hanging out with Lauren & Josh during their engagement session this past Spring! Besides being really, really, ridiculously good looking, these two are so so sweet. They are always smiling and laughing with each other and it’s completely contagious. I love LOVE and these two made it so easy for me to do my “job”. We started our session downtown at the ballpark and made our way up the coast to finish at sunset at Torrey Pines. Their big day is TOMORROW and I just can’t WAIT!!!

Congratulations Lauren & Josh!!! Thank you for trusting me with this time in your lives and I look forward to celebrating with you!!

These two won’t be engaged for long! They are getting married TODAY!!! I know this blog has been silent for awhile, but I hope to turn that around soon. How about today?! 🙂  I couldn’t be more excited to share Aly & Brian’s engagement session. They were complete naturals in front of the camera! Their chemistry is natural and their love for each other is obvious. AND they brought their German Shepard, Maddie, along for photos too!! She took some lessons from mom and dad and was a perfect model also! 😉 I encourage all (well-behaved) fur babies to join engagement sessions.

Peggy & Eion were the sweetest couple and I’m so grateful for the honor of photographing their destination wedding in Hawaii!! Family and friends came from Vancouver, BC and Taiwan for the festivities. It was a 3-day adventure full of wonderful food, beach adventures, fabulous dresses (and SHOES) and of course, LOVE. These two got married a few months back and I figured it was time to share their engagement session! Michael & Brie were so much fun to hang out with and so easy to photograph. Uh…and can you tell they are in great shape too??!! I felt like I needed to go run a few miles and lift some weights after hanging with these two! 😉 In all seriousness, Michael & Brie are active, in shape, healthy, an inspiration and so in love!! Thank you two for such a lovely day!

ALSO, Michael is an MMA fighter and fighting for the Bellator Lightweight World Title on Saturday! Wish him luck by heading down to the Valley View Casino Center this weekend and watching the fight!

Well, I guess it’s about time I blogged this engagement session since these two love birds are getting married TOMORROW!! I’ve spent a lot of time with Ryan & Caitlin (since I share an office with Ryan) and I’m so so excited to be a part of their wedding celebration!
