You can’t get much better than a Summer wedding in Malibu. Melissa & JP were married at the beautiful private residence, Villa Mara Malibu. I had the pleasure of shooting this wedding with Ayumi of You And Me World Photography. It was such a fun day shooting with her and the weather could not have been more beautiful!  Thank you Ayumi for allowing me to share this wonderful day with you!

I just have to say that Melissa had one of the most amazing dresses I’ve ever seen…WOW!!

I think I may have said this in my last blog post about this family, but they win the award for most appearances on my blog! I just love this little family and their little ones just keep getting cuter everyday. Mer & Adam have been wonderful friends throughout the years and I’m so honored to be able to document their family. We took these photos before Christmas…just before they moved to Orange County (insert super sad face here). Check out the fun time we had at Balboa Park…

Chase cracks me up. I don’t think I even noticed that Adam’s eyes may be closed, but Chase’s face (and jump) is priceless.

I don’t think I’m allowed to use anymore excuses of why I haven’t blogged. We all wish we had more hours in each day, more time to play, more time to relax and more time to work. Am I right? As much as I want time to slow down and not move so dang fast, I am reminded each day that this “job” I have is something to be continually proud of and feel blessed that this is, in fact, my job. And it’s something I LOVE. So to catch you up on the past few months I’m doing a “3-part”-er of mini sessions and throwing in a few weddings and newborn sessions in for good measure.

THANK YOU to all of my friends, clients and family who helped make 2011 such a memorable year! I’m SO excited to continue traveling and meeting new friends in 2012. A few destinations include Boston, Boise, Napa, Phoenix and Maui (x2)! XOXO!
