If you are from Oregon, you know there's only one professional sports team in the state. Growing up, my dad lived and breathed basketball during the NBA season. Their only championship so far was in 1977 (before I was born) and my dad still has the gray championship t-shirt he got after he stood in a bar, outside the Memorial Coliseum as they cruised to victory over the Sixers. When it comes to sports, basketball is my first love and constant reminder of my childhood watching Blazer games with my dad.
